​Day 1 - Saturday, May 9th
  • Late night departure from Denver, CO

Day 2 - Sunday, May 10th
  • Morning arrival in San José, Costa Rica
  • Lunch en route to Chilamate Rainforest Eco-Retreat (CRER) 
  • Learning Session: Values and Values
  • Learning Session: AMPing Up! 
  • Welcome dinner and Community Orientation 
  • Stay overnight and eat all meals at CREC 

Day 3 - Monday, May 11th
  • Early morning rainforest hike and ethno-botanist class
  • Lunch at CRER
  • Transfer to host community - El Paraiso
  • Afternoon meet and greet with homestay families
  • Learning Session: Growth Goals Circle
  • Dinner and stay with homestay families

Day 4 - Tuesday, May 12th
  • Community Project, Day I
  • Tour of local sustainable farm with lunch
  • Learning Session: Calling Cards
  • Learning Session: Community Interviews - BEARS
  • Dinner and stay with homestay families

Day 5 - Wednesday, May 13th
  • Community Project, Day II 
  • Afternoon ziplining in the rainforest
  • Learning Session: Golden Thread
  • Dinner and stay with homestay families
Day 6 - Thursday, May 14th
  • Community Project, Day III
  • Project dedication and community celebration
  • Learning Session: Walking Together (afternoon spent with homestay families)
  • Learning Session: Purpose Mapping
  • Dinner and stay with homestay families

Day 7 - Friday, May 15th
  • Learning Session: Community Adventure Challenge
  • Say farewell to homestay families and transfer to Chilamate Rainforest Eco-Retreat
  • Lunch at CRER
  • Afternoon white water rafting down the Rio Sarapiquí
  • Learning Session: Finding your Inner Leader
  • Learning Session: Candle Circle
  • Dinner and stay at CRER

Day 8 - Saturday, May 16th
  • Breakfast at CRER
  • Morning transfer to San José for flight to Denver
